The house is approached through wrought iron gates and a coral stone courtyard. Double lattice doors open to an inner foyer featuring a hand carved stone console. The foyer leads to the living room and formal dining room which is floored in Italian tile and elegantly furnished in European tradition. Mahogany louvered windows and doors open to a pool and patio facing the sea. A staircase leads from the living room to a large balustrade terrace where stunning Caribbean sunsets can be enjoyed. Designed for relaxed indoor & outdoor living, Colina Del Mar is a jewel in a magnificent beach setting.
