The Coral House is an elegant and spacious (approx 5000 sq ft) two-storey family home surrounded by lush tropical gardens and situated in a quiet and prestigious residential area in Gibbs, St Peter.

This elegant 4-bed home with 3 1/2 baths has had its fourth bedroom newly refurbished with en-suite bathroom and is located on the ground floor, providing easy access and extra privacy.  Coral House is fully furnished, decorated and equipped to a high standard.  Internally, the property is styled in a contemporary fashion, boasting travertine limestone floor-tiles throughout the ground floor, extensive use of granite and coral-stone features (including the magnificent circular staircase), Murano glass light fittings, together with all the technical facilities one would expect.

It is less than 5 minutes walk from spectacular Gibbs Beach on the west coast of Barbados.

On the first floor is a spacious master bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. There are two further bedrooms with shared bathroom, a comfortable sitting and TV area with a view from the galleried landing and a small balcony overlooking the front of the house. The fourth bedroom, newly refurbished with en suite, is located on the ground floor, providing easy access and extra privacy.  The remainder of the ground floor features a large sunken living room and an elegant dining area complete with a fully stocked wine cabinet.

A superb air-conditioned kitchen has recently been installed, complete with granite countertops, Miele dishwasher and fridge/freezer and other high quality appliances.  Glassware, crockery and cutlery are also of a high standard. The living room and kitchen open onto a fantastic covered outdoor terrace adjacent to the pool which includes a comfortably furnished sitting area ideal for reading and relaxation under ceiling fans, a barbecue and dining area ideal for al fresco meals and an attractive granite wet bar perfect for canapés and cocktails.  The whole patio area lends itself extremely well to entertaining.

The swimming pool area is surrounded by colorful plants, which attract crested humming-birds in the morning and early evening. The plants nestle amidst the well-nurtured lawns and garden to ensure privacy.  The garden includes mango trees, coconut palms and a variety of other tropical plants and trees.
