With a private entrance and separate driveway, this one bedroom cottage features a large sitting/dining area which opens on two sides to a spacious uncovered terrace with great sea views. The cottage may be rented separately or together with the 4 bedroom, exclusive Leamington Pavilion next door. There is a reef in front of Leamington Cottage and a sandy beach a few minutes walk either north or south of the property. The Cobblers Cove beach is a 5 minute walk north of the Cottage.
