Seashell is a beautiful 3- bedroom Beach house situated in Mullins, St. Peter having over 200m of beach frontage. This unique beachfront home is surrounded by 2¼ acres of lush green gardens with tall hanging trees that provide perfect shade from the warm Caribbean sun. A river teeming with tropical fish flows through the grounds and is decorated with two charming bridges.

This Caribbean home is fully equipped with air conditioning units to bedrooms and fans with an open plan design and sliding doors that allow a cool airy breeze. This Villa is stylishly decorated with modern furnishings and neutral colors complemented by lush greenery from the surrounding gardens. All 3 bedrooms are en  suite. The first bedroom is located downstairs and the Master bedroom and bedroom 2 is located upstairs. The master bedroom has a King sized bed and the two additional bedrooms have twin beds that can be pushed together to make a King sized bed.

A spacious Gazebo with comfortable chairs provides the ideal spot for those wishing to enjoy sea views.  A large patio with lounge chairs and umbrellas is the perfect area for sunbathing. This area is also suited for out door dining which can seat 6 persons.A short footpath from the house leads to the white sands and idyllic waters of the islands West Coast.
