We believe that the whole process should be easy for our Bride & Groom and take the stress out of the booking procedure. Some of our clients choose to escape on their own, whilst others have all their family and friends with them. We ensure you are always treated to the best service whether it is a quiet wedding for 2 or a booking for 30 guests.

Once you have booked your wedding with Simply Barbados Luxury Holidays you will be allocated a UK Coordinator who will oversee your wedding from beginning to end.

We believe in creating your personalised dream wedding and would be happy to give suggestions for various wedding ideas. Our hotel wedding coordinators will work with you ensuring everything runs perfectly! All our hotels offer wedding services and some offer free weddings! We work directly with them to provide the most beautiful wedding venues and nothing is too much trouble but go the extra mile as we want to ensure your day will forever be remembered. If however, you would like to do something different and prefer using your own personalised Wedding Planners we would recommend the most suitable planner as we work with only the best on the island.

Barbados Marriage Requirements

It is very easy to get married in Barbados as there are no waiting period or minimum length of stay requirements. Application for a marriage licence must be made by both parties in person at the office of the Ministry of Home Affairs in the capital city Bridgetown. You will require:

• Valid passports or birth certificates
• Return tickets
• If either party is divorced, an original Decree Absolute or a certified copy of the Final Judgment
• If either party was previously married and widowed, a certified copy of the Marriage Certificate and Death Certificate in respect of the deceased spouse.
• For a Roman Catholic ceremony, the relevant documents must be sent by your bishop to the bishop of Bridgetown.
• Where necessary, all documents not in English must be accompanied by a certified translation
